Goodbye, Primary...

So, Mike, Jude and I have moved. Closer to law school and family and the center of things. I'm thrilled. It happened quickly and we lost some things on the way (Think of our two couches flying wildly off the back of our trailer and onto the highway. Like big, fat, leather kites. They broke. Badly. But nobody was hurt, and, although worse for the wear, Mike and his brother fixed them, mostly. It's almost like magic. Except that it took half of a day). I can walk places, like the library (!!!), and I can go into different rooms (!!!) and I could make carpet angels we have so much space. Like I said, I'm thrilled. But, we will miss our little apartment and our congregation, specifically the little class that we taught. The kids were so delightful and sweet and we loved them. Here they are, in all of their ridiculously cute glory.

A leather kite sounds like quite the sight to be seen! Good thing no one was hurt.

What a new adventure in your lives. Can't wait to read all about it!

I'm so glad you are liking your new place and that it is convenient for a lot of things. Your class looks cute. I'm sure they miss you already.

Forgive me for laughing at the visual of your sofas flying like kites onto the road. That's actually very tragic. Glad they are okay. Moving is stressful--we will move to TX in the middle of August with 2 dogs, a cat, and a baby, so that will be interesting...

All I can think about is Mike wrapping his suit coat around kids' heads. That happened right?

Carpet angels: love it. And kudos to your man for fixing the couches.

And wahoo for cute kids that clearly love you.

And also, you have cute clothes. Super cute red shoes.
